Governance structure
Who decides, and who answers for it
General Meeting
The supreme body of the Foundation. It sets overall direction, approves the constitution and major decisions, and holds the Board to account.
Board of Directors
Provides strategic oversight, safeguards the Foundation's resources and integrity, and approves plans, budgets, policies and reports.
Executive Director
Leads day-to-day management, partnerships and programme delivery, and reports to the Board.
Programme & operations team
Delivers community outreach, coordination with clinical partners, monitoring and reporting.

How we stay accountable
Verified reporting
Programme results are checked against records before publication, and partners receive regular programme reports.
Financial stewardship
Funds are managed under Board-approved financial controls, with annual financial statements prepared as required by law.
Safeguarding
We protect the dignity, privacy and safety of patients, children and vulnerable adults in everything we do.
Data protection
Personal and health information is collected only when needed and handled confidentially, in line with Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Act.
Integrity
We identify and manage conflicts of interest and keep our clinical partnership transparent to donors and government.
Compliance
We meet our obligations to the Registrar of NGOs and relevant health authorities.
