Impact & stories

Results we can show, stories told with consent

We publish only verified figures, checked against programme and clinical records, and only share people's stories and photographs with their informed consent.

First verified results coming soon

The Foundation was registered in August 2026 and our flagship programme is getting under way. As outreach, screening and treatment begin, we will publish verified figures here and update them regularly. We won't publish estimates as results.

How we measure

What we track, for every person

Following each person along the pathway lets us report results that mean something: not just how many were seen, but how many can now see better.

ReachedPeople reached through community eye-health education
ScreenedPeople whose vision was checked
ReferredPeople referred, and how many completed referral
TreatedCataract surgeries, spectacles and specialist treatment provided
Followed upPatients seen after treatment
OutcomesVisual acuity before and after treatment

Stories

Voices from the communities we serve

Stories will appear here

We will share the experiences of patients, families, health workers and volunteers as the programme unfolds, always with informed consent and in line with our safeguarding commitments.

Partners receive detailed reporting

Funders and partners receive programme reports with disaggregated indicators. Published reports are available in our resources library.
